## Job Description

## What You'll Do
- Work across advanced prompting strategies, retrieval-augmented generation, context orchestration, and dynamic model routing to create intelligent, multimodal experiences.
- Power interactive demos and other rich media workflows.
- Collaborate tightly with design and engineering to prototype novel capabilities and own them through to production.

## Who You Are / Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in software engineering and/or AI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience building and maintaining production systems within AI/LLM contexts.
- Ability to work with **LLM pipelines**, **vector search**, **agent frameworks**, and/or **multimodal tools**.
- Experience optimizing applications to perform at their best.

**Nice to Have Skills**: **Typescript**, **Next.js**, **React**, experimentation, security.

## Compensation
$130k-$265k, plus meaningful equity.
