## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Engage potential prospects over email and phone to qualify them and set appointments for account executives.
- Identify target customers through email, phone, and social channels.
- Maintain active engagement with leads through informed, creative follow-ups.
- Research and develop prospective accounts.
- Work closely with account executives to identify qualified accounts and define outreach strategies.
- Partner with marketing to deliver appropriate messaging and identify target market segments.
- Achieve quarterly quotas for developed leads and closed sales.
- Handle sensitive personal data as needed.

## Requirements
- 6 months of inbound or outbound sales experience, including internships.
- Previous experience with sales or startups preferred.
- Ability to quickly engage potential customers over email, phone, and in person.
- Clear, concise, and accurate written and verbal communication.
- Enthusiasm for applying AI to sales processes.
- Persistence and comfort with rejection.
- Strong career motivation and time-management skills.
- Experience being accountable to metrics and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment.
