- Work on many different types of problems and challenges, supporting deployments at large customers or new pilot projects.
- Be first responders when things go wrong, making the first move to fix issues before asking for help.
- Craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable team members to focus on their strengths.
- Think creatively, work collaboratively, and go above and beyond to get the job done.
