## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Employee Relations Support
- Partner with Employee Relations Partners to manage and resolve employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances effectively and discreetly.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and collaborate on fair solutions aligned with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with mediation and resolution of employee disputes in alignment with company values and compliance frameworks.
- Lead the administration of investigation, grievance, and disciplinary processes across EMEA.

### HR Compliance
- Support HR Compliance Partners in implementing and maintaining HR policies and practices compliant with local laws and regulations across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions.
- Assist with HR compliance audits and assessments, identify potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in employment law and regulations across EMEA and APAC to help keep practices current and compliant.
- Support the administration of regulatory compliance programs.

### Training & Development
- Develop and facilitate training for partnering teams and employees on employee relations and compliance topics.
- Create and maintain resources, tools, and documentation for knowledge sharing.

### Reporting & Metrics
- Maintain case data in HR Acuity and NAVEX.
- Collect, analyze, and report employee relations metrics, identifying trends and improvement areas.
- Support regular reports and dashboards covering employee relations initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Support reporting on people-risk matters and legal requirements.

### Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with People Partners, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations and compliance.
- Contribute to HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture and mitigate risks.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or a related HR or legal function, preferably within EMEA.
- Strong knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations and the ability to apply them practically.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to manage complex issues under pressure while maintaining composure and positivity.
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and effective decision-making.
- Ability to coach, mentor, advise, and partner with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, labor relations, training, and conflict resolution.
- Direct experience leading complex global investigations, including at the executive level.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

## Nice to Have
- HR certification, such as CIPD or SHRM.
