## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the visual identity: logo, color, typography, iconography, motion guidelines (and build systems that actually scale)
- Design across marketing and campaigns: ads, landing pages, email, social, event collateral
- Lead design on marketing sites, working closely with engineers and no-code tools
- Partner with product designers to ensure brand consistency inside the product (onboarding flows, empty states, in-app moments)
- Create decks, one-pagers, and proposals for enterprise buyers, investors, and partners
- Own events and conference presence: booths, swag, sponsorship assets
- Design for content and thought leadership: reports, whitepapers, blog visuals, social
- Keep internal teams aligned to brand standards and evolve guidelines as the company grows

## Requirements
- 5+ years of brand design experience, ideally with time at a high-bar tech company or agency
- Portfolio demonstrating range: identity systems, marketing campaigns, digital, print — with a consistent point of view
- Deep craft in typography, composition, and layout
- Strong Figma skills and proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B audiences
- Comfortable working across functions in an ambiguous, early-stage environment
- Clear communicator who can present work and take/give feedback

## Nice-to-Haves
- Motion chops in After Effects
- Proficiency with 3D and Cinema4D or Blender
- Opinion on using motion in-product with tools like Lottie
