> The Founding BDR will build outbound pipeline in Corgi’s new Orem office by prospecting startup founders, operators, and finance leaders, qualifying leads, and partnering with Account Executives. The role requires quota-driven performance, strong communication, coachability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders.
- Qualify outbound leads and move them through the top of the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, next steps, and follow-through for every deal in the pipeline.
- Partner with Account Executives and underwriting to hand off qualified opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.

## Requirements
- Competitive drive and a track record of hitting quota.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable making phone calls and handling rejection.
- Coachability and a genuine desire to improve quickly.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- No prior insurance experience required; training on the product and industry is provided.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $50,000–$120,000.
- Uncapped commission.
