## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead collaboration across Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and other key leaders to develop and execute biannual strategic integrated Demand Generation and Field Marketing plans.
- Act as central connecting point between go-to-market teams to align with company priorities and deliver measurable growth.
- Secure executive alignment and approval for how plans roll up to company goals.
- Champion operational excellence with scalable operating rhythms for accountability, transparency, and measurability in campaign development.
- Synthesize complex data and insights to guide executive decision-making and strategic adjustments.
- Advocate for roadmap, prioritize high-impact projects, and identify future needs for integrated campaign development to scale the organization.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in demand generation at a high-growth SaaS startup.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; skilled at influencing senior levels.
- Proven ability to build operational frameworks, manage budgets, and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments managing competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience with integrated campaigns, including end-to-end development, execution, and measurement.
- Strong growth mindset, open to new ideas.
