## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Project-manage customer engagements by coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Drive customer adoption of key platform features and advise on best practices for incorporating Rippling into workflows.
- Provide attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement.
- Serve as a product expert and resource for customers and coworkers.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS experience in customer success, consulting, implementation, or support.
- Passion for helping customers and colleagues.
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
- Excellent project and task management; ability to manage multiple engagements without dropping details.
- Ability to explain complex scenarios clearly in written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems.
- Interest in actively working with product and engineering teams.

## Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience building reports, working with data, or enabling customers with reporting needs.
- Advanced spreadsheet and pivot-table skills.
- Experience advising on data-management best practices.
