## Job Description

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, onboarding, solutions engineering, or Account Management in an MSP or B2B SaaS setting.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive successful implementations.
- Experience leading software deployments in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and training skills across email, phone, video, and Slack.
- Solution-oriented mindset with experience addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Familiarity with customer success tools such as Salesforce and Slack.
- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment and independently manage research and learning.

## Responsibilities
### Account Management
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of MSP accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of deployment and sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities to increase ARR through upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, identify growth opportunities, and address challenges.

### Sales Activities
- Manage the deployment pipeline and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations communicating the value of 1Password’s solutions to MSPs’ end customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team on joint sales initiatives and market-penetration strategies.

### MSP Deployment Management
- Lead onboarding for new MSPs and ensure seamless deployment of 1Password solutions in complex IT environments.
- Coordinate with MSPs and internal solutions teams to develop and execute implementation plans.
- Monitor deployment progress and resolve roadblocks to ensure timely, successful implementation.
- Train MSPs on enablement materials so they can sell, deploy, and support their end users.

### Relationship Building
- Cultivate strong MSP relationships and provide coaching and guidance to help achieve usage targets.
- Engage key stakeholders and present to C-suite executives, communicating value propositions effectively.

### Process Optimization
- Streamline onboarding processes and improve MSP-specific development workflows.
- Monitor and adapt customer success metrics to align with organizational goals.

### Advocacy and Collaboration
- Advocate for MSP needs and feedback within 1Password.
- Work cross-functionally to address high-priority issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: **$93,000–$130,000 USD**.
- Commission-eligible.
