## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deliver data-dense interfaces that help compensation teams explore benchmarks, price roles, and make high-stakes decisions.
- Architect scalable frontend code and set a high bar for performance, interaction quality, and accessibility.
- Drive technical strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Create reusable patterns, abstractions, and systems that extend beyond individual contributions.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to other engineers.
- Prioritize effectively, including identifying work to descope, and ship thoughtful solutions without over-engineering.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience.
- Empathy for compensation teams and an understanding of employee pay-pricing challenges.
- Strong judgment in prioritization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
- A holistic, systemic approach to technical decisions.
- Experience developing and supporting other engineers through coaching, mentorship, and feedback.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
