## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with ISV Tech Partners building products on Snowflake.
- Align internal and partner stakeholders across all levels (C-level to ICs) in sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve partnership goals.
- Drive GTM initiatives and achieve measurable outcomes with an enterprise sales mindset.
- Facilitate discussions with product and sales engineering teams from Snowflake and partners.
- Focus on customer needs within enterprise Data Platform leadership.

## Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
- 7+ years in technology sales, partnership management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of data platforms; ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- In-depth understanding of customer needs in enterprise Data Platform.
- Expertise in building and maintaining relationships across diverse teams.
- Familiarity with ETL, BI, Governance, Database, and technical product marketing.
- Execution-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver results.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience managing technology or ISV partnerships.
- Background in business intelligence, analytics pipelines, and data applications.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
