## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting AI infrastructure delivery.
- Advise on data center development and leasing, energy, supply chain, and procurement matters.
- Partner cross-functionally to drive transactions to completion.
- Serve as a trusted legal and strategic advisor to business leaders.
- Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous, high-stakes situations and address complex legal and business issues.
- Manage outside counsel across substantive disciplines with rigor and efficiency.

## Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree or international equivalent.
- Active license to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction, with the ability to meet admission requirements as needed.
- 8–12 years of sophisticated experience as a practicing attorney.
- Experience with data center development, leasing, energy, supply chain, and procurement.
- Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements with sophisticated counterparties autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to earn the trust of business partners as a go-to legal and business advisor.

## Nice-to-Haves
- A mix of law firm and in-house experience.
- In-house experience at a data center developer or cloud company.
- Private practice experience in real estate or energy.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve legal work product and efficiency.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: **$350,000–$500,000 per year**, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
