## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Guest Experience
- Greet guests and create a welcoming environment.
- Guide guests through the VR experience, including arrival, equipment setup, gameplay, and wrap-up.
- Promote food and beverage offers, repeat visits, and gift cards.

### Technology and Store Operations
- Master proprietary technology and keep equipment calibrated.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate updates to guests.
- Coordinate with management and technical support when issues arise.
- Maintain a clean, high-energy store that meets company standards.
- Sanitize equipment and prepare iPads, body trackers, and gear before and after each session.

### Shift Leadership
- Open and close the store.
- Manage daily audits, break schedules, and labor spending.
- Lead shift check-ins, coach team members in real time, and train new hires.
- Maintain team performance, morale, and guest-service standards.

## Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail or hospitality leadership experience.
- Weekend availability.
- Ability to remain on your feet, climb occasional stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Egoless, coachable, adaptable, proactive, team-focused, and reliable.
