## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Review accounting work for accuracy, completeness, and sound judgment
- Create or evaluate realistic accounting tasks, scenarios, and workflows
- Identify errors in journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, schedules, tax analyses, or accounting explanations
- Explain accounting decisions, tradeoffs, assumptions, and risks in clear language
- Help define high-quality outputs for accounting-specific AI agents
- Contribute examples of real-world accounting workflows, edge cases, and professional judgment calls
- Collaborate with technical and domain teams to improve AI performance in accounting contexts

## Requirements
- Meaningful professional experience in one or more accounting subdomains: Corporate Accounting / General Ledger, Controllership, Technical Accounting, SEC / External Reporting, Audit / Assurance, Internal Audit / Controls, Tax Accounting, FP&A, CAS / Client Accounting, Cost Accounting, Fund/Nonprofit/Government Accounting, AP/AR/Payroll/Transactional Accounting, Accounting Systems / Finance Operations
- 3–8+ years of experience in accounting, audit, tax, financial reporting, controllership, FP&A, finance operations, or related roles
- Experience with real accounting systems, workpapers, reconciliations, financial statements, audits, tax filings, or reporting processes
- Comfortable reasoning through complex transactions, estimates, controls, compliance requirements, or reporting decisions
- Ability to explain not only what the correct answer is, but why it is correct
- Can distinguish between theoretical accounting rules and practical accounting execution
