> Technical Storyteller at Rippling who identifies novel AI and engineering work, then crafts compelling external content like blogs, explainers, and executive posts. Requires deep technical sophistication, exceptional writing, and strong editorial judgment to translate complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Find the most interesting technical stories inside Rippling’s product and engineering teams, especially around AI, and turn them into compelling external content.
- Work directly with engineers, product leads, and the product research team to understand what is novel, differentiated, or technically impressive about what we are building.
- Write blog posts, LinkedIn posts, X posts, technical explainers, launch content, and other executive/company content in the voice of the CEO, CPO, CTO, and other senior leaders.
- Partner with Product Marketing to build a consistent external narrative around Rippling’s most ambitious product and engineering work.
- Proactively build and maintain an editorial pipeline by surfacing ideas from across product and engineering, shaping the angle, and recommending the right channels for each story.
- Help prepare the CPO and other leaders for podcasts, speaking engagements, interviews, and other public appearances.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical leaders to pressure-test content for accuracy, precision, and credibility before it goes external.

## Requirements
- Technically sophisticated enough to recognize why topics like evals, agent harnesses, field clustering, model architecture, or particular infrastructure choices are interesting, and to ask engineers the right questions about those topics.
- Exceptional writer who can make complex technical ideas clear, concrete, and interesting without dumbing them down.
- Able to speak credibly to engineers and technical leaders without necessarily being an engineer.
- Strong editorial judgment: knows what is actually noteworthy, what will resonate externally, and how to find the story buried inside the details.
- Comfortable operating independently across engineering, product, Product Marketing, and executive teams, proactively hunting for material rather than waiting for assignments.
- High precision in language and strong instincts for how to represent technical work accurately in public.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in technical journalism, developer or AI content, product marketing for deeply technical products, or writing for technical executives.
