## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, build, and document scalable global "playbooks" for core operational functions (e.g., vendor QBRs, new site launches, budget management).
- Execute global standards across a fluid portfolio of offices spanning multiple regions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and high performance.
- Analyze user feedback and operational data from the global portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; transform into actionable business intelligence.
- Manage relationships and performance of strategic food service partners, ensuring adherence to SOWs and leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Advise the Global Head of Food on new office builds and expansions, providing input on design and operational readiness.
- Develop adoption plans, training, and communication strategies to drive program change and consistent execution across regions.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership experience building and scaling complex, customer-facing operations (e.g., food & beverage, high-end retail, or tech industries).
- Direct experience in concept development, multi-unit operations, or scaling a service-oriented business.
- Demonstrable experience managing a P&L and using data to drive business decisions.
- Passion for food and hospitality with a systems architect mindset for global programs.
- Expertise in creating world-class customer experiences using scalable, data-driven systems across cultures.
- Proven track record managing complex multi-unit or multi-regional operations and deploying consistent standards.
- Deeply analytical and data-fluent; able to synthesize data from multiple regions into strategic narratives.
- First-principles thinker energized by questioning conventions and building anew.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, partnering with teams like Real Estate, Finance, and Legal.
- Direct experience managing high-stakes third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance management.
