## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage AI system performance, proactively identifying issues in real-time through dashboards, logs, and alerts, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure resolution and continuous improvement
- Partner closely with Support and Solutions to run hypercare efforts on newly implemented clients for each product line
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions to drive audits and project based assignments to ensure healthy AI operations
- Assist with QAing and monitoring product usage for new product rollouts
- Drive improvements in customer experience through direct sentiment and feedback collection, partnering with Customer Success to identify and act on recurring client challenges

## Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics or Business Administration
- An ability to work quickly and accurately to hit daily project targets
- A curious mind and drive to succeed
- A positive attitude and a willingness to give and receive feedback
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Willingness to work in person at our office 5 days a week

## Bonus
- Experience in housing or related industries
- Client facing experience
- Bias towards data-driven decision-making and analytical skills, **SQL** knowledge is a plus
- Working experience or self-directed experimentation with **AI**

## Compensation
Salary range: **$60,000 - $90,000** base, plus equity and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision (100% covered), 401k, unlimited vacation, fitness stipend, meals, and relocation support.
