## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Design thoughtful product experiences on both sides of the payments network, creating connected experiences for funds, investors, and the teams that support them.
- Drive scoping for ambiguous areas of the product vision, including how these products interact with other products within AngelList and beyond.
- Set the standard for visual and interaction patterns within this business area for other designers on the team.
- Talk regularly with customers, use research and leverage insights, and lead cross-functional teams in driving thoughtful, high-ROI solutions.

## Requirements

- 7+ years of experience.
- Experience owning company-level product bets end to end.
- Interest in the design challenges of creating a new payment network and understanding the complexity of how funds and investors interact.
- Systems-thinking ability with strong interaction and visual design craft.
- Deep thinking, clear product vision, and customer obsession.
