## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities

### Feature Ideation, Definition, and Development
- Define and drive development of existing initiatives comprising the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud.
- Ensure initiatives align with company goals and meet customer needs.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform priorities.
- Manage the product backlog to prioritize and deliver the most valuable features.
- Ideate and propose net-new initiatives contributing to overall product strategy.

### Cross-functional Leadership and Collaboration
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and security teams to align on scope and timeline.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies.
- Deliver periodic status updates to leadership and the company.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on feature launch strategy (documentation, positioning, messaging, pricing).
- Conduct pre-launch enablement sessions for sales and support teams.
- Maintain documentation and assist sales/support with customer questions post-launch.

### Performance Monitoring and Incremental Improvement
- Define, track, and own KPIs for projects and report progress to stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze product usage and performance data for improvements.
- Dog-food the product daily and suggest incremental improvements for polish.

## Qualifications
- 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience.
- Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics (prior ClickHouse experience preferred).
- Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products to market.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
