## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Execute marketing campaigns supporting product launches, partner initiatives, and company growth.
- Develop clear, compelling content across email, web, social media, sales collateral, and customer communications.
- Support lifecycle marketing programs with content that educates customers and improves engagement throughout the lending journey.
- Create print and digital marketing materials for partners and sales teams.
- Use AI and emerging marketing tools to accelerate content creation, streamline workflows, and increase initiative impact.
- Help manage the company’s social media presence through content planning and execution.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering on marketing initiatives.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, or marketing communications.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Experience creating content for email, web, social media, and sales collateral.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality customer experiences.
- Curiosity about marketing technologies, including AI tools that improve efficiency without sacrificing quality.
- Strong preference for experience with Figma or other design tools and website/CMS platforms.
- Experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial services is strongly preferred.
