## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and deepen Apollo’s relationships with foundation model companies, agent harnesses, and AI-native platforms.
- Expand existing platform partnerships through broader surface area, stronger placement, tighter integrations, and roadmap collaboration.
- Identify new AI ecosystem surfaces for Apollo and build investment cases.
- Lead partner reviews, certifications, compliance processes, app-store/plugin submissions, and issue resolution.
- Develop monetization strategies across partner surfaces, including usage, credit consumption, and connector adoption.
- Collaborate with platforms and multiple ISVs to design and ship plugins and skills for headless use cases.
- Work with R&D to translate partner capabilities into Apollo product requirements.
- Define the purpose, audience, and discoverability of MCP servers, skills, plugins, and agent tools.
- Track foundation model and agent ecosystem developments and translate market changes into partnership strategy.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technology/API partnerships, developer relations, or closely related technical partnerships.
- Technical fluency with API documentation, MCP concepts, and integration architecture.
- Ability to analyze fast-moving, emerging technology categories and communicate their business implications.
- Experience coordinating multi-party partnerships involving platforms and ISVs.
- Ability to establish processes and strategic viewpoints in categories without established playbooks.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Relationships or experience with foundation model companies, agent harness platforms, or AI-native builder ecosystems.
- Experience designing or shipping an MCP server, skill, or plugin.
- Background in developer relations, technical partner management, or product-adjacent partnerships at a SaaS or platform company.

## Compensation
- ATS-listed total cash compensation: $120,000–$175,000 USD annually.
- Tier 1 US pay range: $140,000–$175,000 USD for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle.
- Tier 2 US pay range: $120,000–$150,000 USD for all other US locations.
- Additional compensation and benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, 401(k), paid holidays, flexible PTO, parental leave, wellbeing benefits, travel coverage, insurance, FSA/HSA, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
