## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead CRM architecture and implementation in Salesforce for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring data model, objects, and workflows support automation and AI.
- Develop AI strategy and execute AI-powered tools/workflows for lead scoring, forecasting, automated follow-up, and deal insights.
- Design and deploy automation to eliminate manual work across GTM org.
- Own full GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, call recording/conversation intelligence (e.g., Gong, Chorus), integrations, and governance.
- Drive data quality, CRM adoption, system reliability, and tool evaluations.
- Build and lead a Systems team for CRM administration, marketing automation, and GTM tooling.

## Requirements
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems roles.
- Deep hands-on expertise in **Salesforce** architecture and implementation.
- Enthusiasm and practical experience with **AI** and automation in GTM.
- Hands-on experience with **HubSpot**; familiarity with Gong, Chorus or similar.
- Experience leading CRM migrations or major system transformations.
- Systems thinker with scalable architecture focus and cross-functional collaboration skills.
