## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day execution within engineering teams against program priorities, milestones, and near-term objectives.
- Track active work, owners, dependencies, due dates, completion criteria, and engineering progress.
- Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, milestone check-ins, and retrospectives.
- Translate program priorities into clear, actionable engineering work.
- Identify and drive resolution of technical, resource, dependency, and coordination blockers.
- Track engineering execution against milestones and deliverables; identify schedule risks and coordinate recovery actions.
- Provide concise status updates on progress, risks, blockers, and upcoming milestones.
- Maintain execution artifacts and documentation.

## Requirements
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; Top Secret/SCI eligibility preferred.
- 3+ years of experience supporting software engineering, technical programs, mission operations, systems engineering, or a similar execution-focused environment.
- Experience working with software development teams.
- Familiarity with iterative and Agile development practices.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, inquisitive, and able to drive actions and blockers to closure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, and program teams.
- Eligibility to meet U.S. Government ITAR requirements.

## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with space systems, ground software, or U.S. Government programs.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually.
