## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreach.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email, and social media.
- Grow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaigns.
- Research companies, identify key players, and work with Account Executives on pipeline generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends.
- Learn critical sales skills, such as leading effective discovery calls, cold calling, objection handling, articulating and selling value, prioritization and time management.

## Requirements
- High level of interest in growing your career in a customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Genuinely curious about understanding customers’ business challenges.
- Dedicated to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basis.
- Exhibit a sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes.
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and knack for building relationships.

## Nice-to-Haves
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or quota-carrying role.
- Prior CRM experience (preferably **Salesforce**).
- Experience with tech and staying up on the latest trends in AI.
