## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner with Solutions Architects to understand overall demand planning for use cases at strategic customers.
- Lead account strategies and execution plans after the technical win for key Databricks use cases.
- Serve as the technical owner for assigned use cases and customers across multiple sales teams and internal stakeholders.
- Remove uncertainty and drive onboarding, enablement, success, production launch, and healthy adoption for workloads customers have decided to deploy on Databricks.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and questions related to production launch and operation of agreed customer use cases, often across multiple use cases in large and complex organizations.
- Coordinate with internal experts, including shared services, user education, onboarding and technical services, and support; delegate tasks beyond your scope and escalate to specialist technical experts when needed.
- Build a perspective on accelerating key use cases into production and work with Professional Services to develop proposals.
- Partner with Databricks product and engineering teams on new product innovation, private previews, and upgrade needs.
- Develop an execution plan covering all customer-facing technical roles and teams across these workstreams:
  - Production launch of key use cases
  - Enablement and user growth plans
  - Product adoption and adoption of the Databricks lakehouse vision
  - Organic needs related to current investments, such as cloud cost management, tuning, and optimization
  - Executive and operational governance
- Regularly report usage and customer-state KPI information to the Technical GM, including investment status, key risks, product adoption, and use-case progress.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering technical projects or programs in data and AI, contributing to technical customer discussions and design decisions.
- Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
- Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
- Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
- Understanding of how to connect business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables.
- Experience managing technical programs or projects, including account, stakeholder, and resource management responsibilities.
- Experience resolving complex, critical escalations with senior executives at customer organizations.
- Experience conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, performing business analysis, and managing delivery of complex programs or projects.
- Demonstrated achievement against targets such as quotas or goals.
