## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid social and video acquisition for Personal Loans, including campaign strategy, setup, bidding, budgets, pacing, and performance.
- Partner with the media agency on channel strategy, execution, recommendations, and accountability to volume, CAC, and profitability goals.
- Use performance data to make media investment and optimization decisions.
- Develop creative strategy with Creative and agency teams, including testing frameworks, messaging, formats, production priorities, and performance analysis.
- Build audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting, customer lists, lookalikes, and other first- and third-party solutions.
- Drive geo-list targeting and geographic experimentation to identify incremental growth opportunities and improve channel economics.
- Design and analyze tests across audiences, creative, bidding, placements, geographies, and funnel experiences.
- Partner with Analytics, Product Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, and Growth Product teams to improve the acquisition funnel.
- Manage and forecast significant media budgets while balancing growth, customer volume, and contribution economics.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital media buying, including significant hands-on paid social and video campaign management.
- Experience owning and scaling paid social acquisition against CAC, CPA, ROI, revenue, or profitability goals.
- Expertise in paid social platforms, campaign structure, bidding, budgeting, audience management, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- Experience managing external media agencies and holding execution accountable.
- Experience developing or executing paid media creative strategy.
- Strong analytical skills, including channel and funnel analysis, experimentation, and investment decision-making.
- Experience with geographic targeting, geo experiments, customer lists, or audience segmentation.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience in regulated or longer-consideration-cycle industries such as financial services, fintech, lending, insurance, or marketplaces.
- Experience launching and scaling new channels or products from zero to one.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to improve landing pages, funnels, and on-site conversion through testing.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: $138,600–$192,000 USD.
- Additional target bonuses, equity compensation, and benefits may be provided.
