## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from converting leads into qualified pipeline through closing.
- Build strategic prospecting campaigns and sequencing to source opportunities.
- Manage and close complex transactions involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct deal reviews and forecasts while maintaining a professional career roadmap.
- Collaborate with SDRs, channel partners, sales engineers, sales leadership, and peers.
- Help mid-market businesses address communication challenges through Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell.

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in an evolving environment.
- Experience managing and closing strategic deal cycles involving multiple business units and stakeholders.

## Nice to Have
- SaaS sales experience, including UCaaS and/or CCaaS.

## Compensation
- California target base salary: $99,999–$100,000 USD annually.
