## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build full-stack features using Ruby on Rails APIs and services on the back end and Angular 20 on the front end.
- Work across multiple business units and initiatives, including Recall, Conquest/PV, AI, Service Engine, and other shifting priorities.
- Develop core platform services used by Mobile, AI, and Data teams.
- Diagnose and fix issues across the full stack, tracing bugs from the user interface through APIs to data.
- Set technical direction as a senior individual contributor, including architecture input.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards.
- Ramp up across multiple product domains rather than specializing in one dedicated team.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong hands-on experience with Angular version 17 or later, ideally Angular 20.
- Experience working across the full stack and multiple product areas.
- Track record of owning features end-to-end, from specification through production.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

## Nice to Have
- Experience with fleet or scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools.
- Experience with CI tooling such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows, including Cursor or CodeRabbit.
