## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Develop a deep understanding of the Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction.
- Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, user researchers, and content designers to shape strategy and execution.
- Share work regularly in design reviews and actively contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of relevant design experience.
- A portfolio showcasing strong design skills with high-quality, well-crafted UI experiences.
- Experience partnering closely with product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to drive product direction.
- Demonstrated ability to work horizontally across product verticals and collaborate with team and company leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives, user needs, and business needs to develop effective solutions.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience designing for a B2B or fintech product.
