## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work with Sales Coordinators to approve insertion orders, review contracts, and help lead order-to-cash projects.
- Support Pinterest’s order-to-cash process, including insertion-order approval, contract review, and data-integrity checks across Salesforce, Ads Manager, NetSuite, and Oracle.
- Assist with integrating subsidiary CRM and ERP tools into Pinterest’s software stack.
- Support monthly revenue close activities, including deferred-revenue entries, revenue reporting, and reconciliations.
- Satisfy quarterly and annual external-audit requirements.
- Maintain compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 requirements for revenue accounting and improve controls as needed.
- Assist with system testing for process enhancements and automation.
- Troubleshoot system issues with Business Operations.
- Partner with Legal and Sales teams to build an efficient end-to-end order-to-cash workflow.
- Support sales requests.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of accounting experience; Big Four public accounting combined with industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and revenue-recognition guidance, including ASC 606.
- Experience analyzing high-volume, multicurrency transactions in a global business environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with NetSuite, Oracle, Salesforce, Datahub, and SQL.
- Strong project-management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to identify, design, and implement internal controls and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- CPA preferred.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $71,041–$146,260 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
