## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for federal sales initiatives, G&A roles, and operations from intake through offer.
- Build relationship-based sourcing strategies and pipelines for specialized or thin candidate pools, particularly federal and public-sector sales talent.
- Deliver a white-glove candidate experience from initial outreach through offer.
- Use AI tools as a core part of sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
- Partner with hiring managers across federal sales, G&A, and operations to translate hiring needs into focused searches.
- Represent the company’s mission credibly to prospective candidates.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a record of independently owning searches.
- Experience recruiting for GTM, sales, or G&A functions.
- Relationship-first sourcing approach with strong outreach and follow-through.
- Fluency with AI tools in daily recruiting workflows.
- Ability to operate with minimal process and build structure in ambiguous environments.

## Nice-to-haves
- Startup or high-ambiguity recruiting experience.
- Experience with federal contracting, govtech, or public-sector hiring.
- Experience building or improving recruiting processes or tool stacks.

## Compensation
- Salary: $140,000–$170,000 annually.
