## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Communicate actively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help improve processes and communication.
- Build and test new processes in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Maintain strong organization and detailed notes.

## Requirements
- No prior sales development experience required.
- Recent college graduates, candidates with sales or similar internships, and candidates with entrepreneurial experience are encouraged to apply.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
- Strong organizational skills and diligent note-taking.
- Ability to work in the New York City office 3–4 days per week.

## Nice-to-haves
- Previous SDR or BDR experience.
- Sales internship experience.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup or in the HR or payments space.

## Compensation and Benefits
- $65,000 annual base salary.
- $85,000 annual on-target earnings, consisting of $65,000 base salary and $20,000 variable compensation at target.
