## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for key product areas, from early concept through polished, shipped experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align design with go-to-market strategies and customer needs.
- Contribute to and refine design processes, methodologies, and best practices, including design systems and frameworks for scalable design.
- Provide feedback and informal mentorship to fellow designers.
- Conduct and apply user research to inform design decisions and validate product direction.
- Contribute a strong design perspective to product strategy discussions while balancing technical constraints, business goals, and user needs.

## Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer working on SaaS or metric-driven products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating broad design skills and high-quality, shipped product work.
- Comprehensive understanding of design trends and user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience conducting and applying user research insights.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Located in the NYC metro area or able to relocate to the NYC metro area.

## Nice to Have
- Fintech experience.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Expected annual base salary: **$142,000–$169,000**.
- Equity option grant.
- Eligibility for performance-based cash and equity bonuses.
