## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads and prospects in target markets.
- Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, email, and social media.
- Implement personalized outreach campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
- Collaborate with Account Executives on prospect feedback, objections, and market trends.
- Refine outreach strategies based on feedback and performance data.
- Monitor and report KPIs including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness.
- Work with sales leadership to analyze data and optimize outbound strategies.

## Requirements
- 2–3 years of outbound B2B sales experience with a track record of securing new-business meetings.
- Ability to build opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and categories.
- Experience with a full suite of prospecting tools.
- Ability to build and scale processes.
- Ability to nurture a team.
- Curiosity and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and effective both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills in a high-volume lead environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
