## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and business partner.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain strong pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreach.
- Conduct candidate interviews, provide timely updates, and lead compensation negotiations.
- Create intake forms and collaborate with hiring managers to structure interview processes.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience across Engineering, Business Operations, Finance, Accounting, or broader G&A hiring.
- Strong sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other tools.
- Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
- Skilled in salary and equity negotiation.
- Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed hiring goals, such as 5+ hires per month.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to use recruiting metrics and market trends to guide hiring strategy.
- Experience maintaining detailed documentation in an ATS.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
