## About You

**Suggested Qualifications**
- **Education**: BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math, or related quantitative field.
- **Experience**: 7+ years of industry expertise with proven track record of driving team success through mentorship and cross-functional initiatives.
- **Technical Expertise**: Strong domain expertise in AI/ML, robotics, and/or large scale evaluation systems; ability to evaluate complex trade-offs.
- **Leadership**: Set clear vision, align team behind unified technical strategy.
- **Execution & Urgency**: Champion fast, high-quality technical execution.
- **People Management**: Experience in hiring, organizing, and fostering engineering culture.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies.

**Compensation**: Base pay range $235,030 - $352,290, plus annual performance bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
