## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing.
- Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan.
- Manage inbound billing requests, such as processing renewals and changing payment terms or methods.
- Close targeted outbound account renewals.
- Qualify and handle inbound sales requests.
- Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion and retention across all products.

## Requirements

- Desire to build a career in sales, ultimately progressing toward Senior Inside Sales Representative and Account Executive roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new products, processes, and policies.
- Ability to collaborate across Sales, Support, Billing, and Marketing.
- Curiosity, commitment to ongoing learning, adaptability, comfort navigating frequent change, and strong motivation to exceed goals.
- Exposure to or interest in product development and web-based collaborative tools.
- Fluency in French or German.

## Nice-to-haves

- B2B SaaS experience.
- Customer-facing sales or support experience.

## Compensation and Benefits

- Full-time role based at the London hub.
- In-person onboarding is required if hired.
