## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Support GTM leadership through major OPEX planning cycles, complex roadmaps, and executive decision-making materials.
- Own and optimize end-to-end advertiser buy-cycle processes, including pipeline, forecasting, campaign planning, credit checks and limits, applications, and invoicing.
- Partner with the CRO, COO, and senior leaders across Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Data Product to build alignment and accelerate execution.
- Structure ambiguous, high-impact opportunities into problem statements, hypotheses, analyses, and actionable recommendations.
- Lead initiatives from concept through rollout, stakeholder communication, training, adoption, and change management.
- Identify friction and root causes, then design standardized processes, policies, and operating methods that improve seller productivity and advertiser experience.
- Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, incorporate feedback, and establish appropriate governance and guardrails.

## Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in strategic program management, business transformation, strategy and operations, or a related field.
- Experience in digital media companies; platform and agency experience is highly preferred.
- Executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, including influencing C-suite leaders.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and turn complex problems into recommendations and action plans.
- Experience leading cross-functional change-management initiatives through implementation and adoption.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

## Nice-to-haves
- Startup experience alongside experience at larger technology or media platforms.
- Foundational strategy and operations or business operations experience.
- Complex issue triage, root-cause analysis, and competitive intelligence experience.
- Familiarity with sales tools, workflow automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
- Deep forecasting experience, including transforming forecasting processes and managing the RFP-to-invoice lifecycle.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: **$180,200–$313,000 USD**.
