## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and cultivate a strong pipeline of elite technical talent.
- Partner closely with recruiting peers, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver talent with precision and accuracy.
- Recruit diverse talent and contribute to building an inclusive workplace.
- Identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity, operational efficiency, recruiting productivity, and candidate satisfaction.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience recruiting for software engineering and/or product positions across varying levels of seniority, including individual contributors and leadership roles.
- Experience leveraging creative sourcing techniques and personalized approaches to courting passive, world-class talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for partnering effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Track record of providing an authentic, meaningful, and high-touch experience to candidates and hiring managers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic with a history of exceeding performance goals and recruiting KPIs.
