## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Rippling’s Global capabilities for LATAM-headquartered organizations.
- Define and execute a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team.
- Close business and consistently achieve quota attainment.
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.

## Requirements
- Strong experience selling into LATAM.
- 4+ years of quota-carrying Account Executive sales experience in SaaS markets selling B2B.
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM, payroll, or global payroll products.
- Demonstrated success, such as ranking in the top 10% of a sales organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constant growth and change.
