## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the sales team across assigned territories and named enterprise accounts.
- Participate in customer and prospect sales calls and onsite or virtual visits to understand requirements and explain RSA solutions, technical architecture, features, and integrations.
- Create and deliver customized customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs.
- Own the technical customer relationship and help secure successful technical evaluations.
- Lead requirements gathering and solution evaluations, including proofs of concept.
- Provide first-level technical support during solution evaluations.
- Prepare functional requirements and specifications and support project statements of work for system quotations.
- Manage technical relationships with RSA partners in the assigned territory.
- Deliver technical enablement sessions for RSA partners.
- Collaborate with the international presales organization.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in an enterprise software company.
- 5+ years of hands-on field sales support, software consulting, presales engineering, or similar experience.
- Experience with identity and access management, identity governance, lifecycle management, or IGA solutions is highly desirable.
- Experience with Java, application servers, database technologies, and application integrations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with functional and technical stakeholders at varying levels within customer organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English and the local language.

## Nice to have
- CISSP or similar certification.
