## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle: sourcing leads, running demos, managing trials, and closing deals.
- Build a healthy pipeline using outbound hustle, inbound follow-up, and industry relationships.
- Craft consultative demos tailored to hotel teams' problems.
- Partner with Customer Success/Onboarding for smooth post-sale experiences.
- Meet hotel teams in person at sites, conferences, or events.
- Gather field feedback for product improvements or messaging.

## Requirements
- 5+ years in hospitality sales or hotel tech sales.
- Experience with full sales cycle, pipeline management using HubSpot or similar CRM.
- Strong network of hotel contacts.
- Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and navigate complex buying cycles.
- Organized, self-motivated, thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for travel, hospitality.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience selling to hotel management companies.
- Knowledge of hospitality procurement or hotel finance.
