## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze, assess, and classify certification applicants using open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, industry best practices, and contextual data.
- Conduct online background investigations of applicants, review website content for problematic products and policies, and perform compliance reviews to determine eligibility for LegitScript certification.
- Make quick, accurate analytical decisions based on ambiguous information.
- Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reports.
- Submit reports adhering to program standards within strict deadlines.
- Escalate questions to appropriate colleagues using sound judgment.
- Regularly communicate with clients via email, phone, or video conference (in coordination with Manager).
- Monitor billing and payment status, escalating internally when appropriate.
- Assist with other projects, tasks, and maintenance of program documentation as directed.
- Exhibit a growth mindset by being open to feedback and embracing change.

## Requirements
- Experience with large data sets (Excel and Google Sheets).
- Fantastic attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to use good judgment for sound independent decisions.
