## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional People Operations specialists across Sweden, the UK, and the Americas.
- Own scalable employee lifecycle workflows covering onboarding, job changes, internal mobility, leave, offboarding, employee data, and recurring People processes.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance across Sweden, the UK, and the US, with clear jurisdictional ownership and consistent operating practices.
- Build audit-ready documentation, controls, and reporting.
- Own HRIS strategy, including HiBob and adjacent tooling, evaluation, implementation, integrations, data integrity, automation, access controls, and systems design.
- Partner with the People Engineer to create an AI-ready foundation for safe AI workflows.
- Design processes, playbooks, ownership models, self-service workflows, and AI-assisted self-service while preserving appropriate human support.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People or HR Operations.
- Experience leading and developing People Operations specialists.
- Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling technology company, or a clear perspective on operating an AI-native People function.
- Direct ownership of multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Experience with Sweden, the UK, and the US is strongly preferred.
- Track record of designing scalable People Operations systems and processes in a high-growth environment.
- Ability to balance speed and rigor in ambiguous environments.
- Knowledge of privacy-by-design, role-based access, controls, documentation, and safe AI usage standards.
