## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support for a retail active trading platform during market hours through incoming phone calls, platform support cases, and potentially live chat via Pylon.
- Handle platform questions, account issues, pattern day trader (PDT) inquiries, client onboarding, and billing requests.
- Escalate execution and trading issues to trade desk specialists.
- Support client fund movements and account-related inquiries.
- Identify and resolve client issues while maintaining composure under emotional pressure.

## Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in fintech or brokerage support.
- Professional trading experience or experience in trading support functions such as operations or client services across equities, options, or futures; futures experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong client service and problem-solving skills.
- Active Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
- Active Series 3 license preferred; otherwise, willingness to pass the exam within 3 months of joining.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience at a retail trading brokerage.
- Familiarity with retail active-trading or professional trading platforms.
- Experience with Pylon or similar support platforms.
- Knowledge of PDT rules, margin mechanics, and order types.
