## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding program for SDR new hires.
- Provide daily coaching and skill development for the SDR organization after onboarding.
- Conduct structured call reviews and lead ongoing live training sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and partner with SDR leadership to address them.
- Conduct team-wide and individual call reviews.
- Hold representatives accountable to skill benchmarks established during onboarding.

## Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or business development positions.
- Proven track record as a top-performing SDR.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Strong understanding of outbound and inbound sales motions.
- Building, collaborative, and creative mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to prioritize work and minimize distractions.
