## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Drive architectural vision and technical roadmap for the Code Gen product suite.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and translate requirements into technical designs.
- Lead design and implementation of mission-critical code transformation components.
- Champion engineering best practices through reviews and set quality standards.
- Act as hands-on leader, contributing to codebase and solving technical challenges.

## Requirements
- **10+ years** software development and operations experience, focusing on platforms and distributable infrastructure.
- **2+ years** leading, coaching, and mentoring software engineers.
- Extensive experience building enterprise-grade analytics systems for data streaming or tooling.
- Extensive relational and document data modeling; hands-on with SQL (Postgres, MySQL) and document databases (e.g., **MongoDB**).
- GenAI experience in large-scale systems (plus).
- Curiosity, positive attitude, drive to learn.
- Excellent communication, time, and project management skills.

## Success Measures
- **3 months**: Ramp up on architecture, domain, processes; establish as technical leader; begin mentoring.
- **6 months**: Deliver major feature/release; contribute to roadmap; build high-performing team culture.
- **12 months**: Become domain expert; deliver large-scale features; contribute to team growth.
