## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deploy and customize products for customer needs.
- Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, gathering requirements and ensuring successful product implementation.
- Drive product adoption and customer satisfaction through hands-on deployment and iteration.

## Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in product management, customer-facing roles, or technical consulting.
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex systems and APIs.
- Proven track record of deploying software solutions in customer environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

## Nice-to-Haves

- Experience in forward-deployed or solutions engineering roles.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and SaaS products.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
