## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Grow Bounce’s network and close supply gaps.
- Cold call, email, and outreach to prospective clients.
- Work closely with manager to identify areas for expansion.
- Generate own leads in addition to supplied monthly leads.
- Handle full sales cycle: discovery call, sales pitch, close, account creation, and partner onboarding.

## Requirements
- Experience with full cycle sales in a startup environment, selling to small businesses.
- High-energy individual with strong desire to learn and achieve top results.
- Comfortable with high volume of sales calls and cold approaching businesses.
- Comfortable with rejection.
- Charismatic, positive, “can-do” attitude over the phone and in-person.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Confidence in face-to-face interaction and outside sales with local businesses.
- Self-starter able to self-manage and work towards goals.
- Interest in Sales, Marketing, and startups.
