## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth.
- Design and implement a new outbound sales motion targeting mid-market and enterprise accounting firms.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing AEs to hit aggressive revenue targets.
- Refine sales motion from discovery to close, communicating AI agent value.
- Provide pipeline visibility, identify market trends, and adjust strategy.

## Requirements
- 5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS sales, with 2+ years in management/team lead.
- Experience building outbound programs, territory strategies, or new segment entries.
- Strong knowledge of accounting industry, fintech, or professional services workflows.
- Excellent communication skills for simplifying AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to build repeatable sales processes while maintaining team morale.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with modern sales stacks (**Salesforce**, **HubSpot**, **Apollo**, **Gong**).
- Background in accounting or professional services.
- Prior startup experience during Seed to Series B transition.
